Interface AccessibleContentFeature

For accessible works, this describes the accessibility feature of the work, one of:

• the text has been created or adapted to be easy to read (normarc 019$e code "ta", TG1006).
• the content has been created or adapted to be easy to understand (normarc 019$e code "tb", TG1007).
